Add Value Fund is the only specialist that focuses entirely on Dutch small- and midcap stocks. The Fund invests exclusively in Dutch "mini-multinationals' operating in structural growth and / or niche markets and are often European or world leader in their market segment. The companies have a market value of at least € 20 million and a maximum of € 7.5 billion and is listed on Euronext Amsterdam or another regulated market. The Fund does not invest in real estate or other investment funds. The Fund pursues an active investment policy. From an investment universe of around 65 companies, a minimum of 10 and maximum of 25 companies included in the portfolio. The stock selection is based on a so-called " bottom-up stock picking " approach - thorough fundamental analysis and value. Add Value Fund is positioned as a " l ong investment fund " . There is made no more than incidental use of derivatives, while the use of credit effect is limited to those situations in which it is required for a short period bridging funding. The Fund does not take short positions nor borrows (parts of) equity positions to third parties. However, it can be decided depending on the investment outlook, to keep part of the portfolio in cash up to 75% of customer deposits. Add Value Fund is aimed at private and institutional investors with a long term investment horizon.
