GBP/USD Chart

The British pound edged sharply higher against the U.S. dollar over the previous week and soared more than 1.8%, climbing to a fresh two-month high near 1.3550. Currently, the GBP/USD pair is developing slightly below our recommended level at 1.3570 (see technical analysis here: http://bit.ly/2Bn3q72) and more extension is expected.The price successfully surpassed the 1.3040 – 1.3335 zone and posted three strong bullish days in a row. In addition, the three simple moving averages (50, 100, and 200) are endorsing the bullish thought as well as the technical indicators. The MACD oscillator is rising with strong momentum and the RSI indicator entered the overbought zone above the 70 level.
