The strong short-term decline in USD/CZK calls into question the currently slightly bullish basic trend. A trend reversal is likely. As long as the price remains below the resistance located at 23.0698 CZK, one could consider taking advantage of the short-term movement. The first bearish objective is located at 22.8174 CZK. The bearish momentum would be revived by a break in this support. Sellers would then use the next support located at 22.1826 CZK as an objective. Crossing it would then enable sellers to target 21.8624 CZK. Be careful, a return to above 23.0698 CZK could jeopardize the reversal.
